About

Hi , Im Rachel. I am an ex paediatric nurse living in Shepton Mallet, Somerset. I have two children aged 3 and 1. I have a passion for the outdoors and love visiting and exploring new places.

I always knew I would use a carrier over a pram when I had my first child in 2018 as I knew that it would help me to maintain my active lifestyle. I carried both my children in a large range of carriers and wraps since birth and baby wearing has become an intrinsic, and the most valuable, part of my parenting.

Particularly during the pandemic, I found getting out and about with my little ones an essential activity to enable me to care for my and my children's mental health. My passion for woven wraps led to a much needed hobby which I could involve my children in too! It certainly helped take the stress and bother away from nap time as a wrap nap was always inevitable.

The many, many benefits of using a carrier from birth up to preschool age and beyond fuel my passion and eagerness to share my knowledge and skill in this area.

Ive always enjoyed helping others. Providing people with knowledge and , evidence based sling and carrier expertise enables me to help both carer and child and hopefully make caring for your little one(s) that little bit easier!
